Adults have a choice of classes that vary through the church year. During the first half of the church year, we will be offering the following classes:
"Living the Questions" explores beyond the traditions and standard theologies that churches have taught to discover the relevance of Christianity for our times and what a meaningful faith might look like in today’s world. Taught by Rev. Gini Lohmann Bauman, this class is for persons new to our church, new to any church whatsoever, and church "veterans" who are looking for fresh insight, and meets weekly in the Chapel.
How to Pray (Your Way)is a practice-focused class exploring beliefs about prayer and a variety of prayer styles from varied traditions. This class meets weekly in the pastor’s office, beginning in October.
The Feminist Class studies a variety of writings and books, and class members share in planning and leading the discussion. This class meets in the West Parlor. Contact Karolyn Burkett (
